Add pure water, liquefied VCM monomer and dispersing agent to the reactor, then add initiator and other excipients, and after the temperature is raised to a certain temperature, the VCM monomer undergoes a radical polymerization reaction to form PVC particles. Continued stirring unifies the particle size and suspends the resulting particles in the water. In addition, there is also the use of micro suspension process to produce PVC paste resin, which has good product performance and paste forming properties.
