The maximum allowable use temperature of PVC compound for pipe fitting is 60℃, and the long-term use temperature is 45℃. It is suitable for conveying corrosive media with temperature lower than 45℃, and can also be used for conveying general pressure fluids, such as water supply and drainage pipes, agricultural irrigation pipes, Environmental engineering pipes, air conditioning pipes, etc. PVC compound for pipe fitting and CPVC pipe fittings have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, no deformation, smooth inner wall, no scaling, good heat preservation, non-conductivity, easy bonding, and long service life. Therefore, it gradually replaces other metal piping systems with the advantages of high cost performance and low construction cost. Moreover, PVC compound for pipe fitting and CPVC pipe fittings are easy to maintain and do not need to be shut down for a long time, causing huge losses. In the production process of PVC compound for pipe fitting, there are two types of lubricants: internal and external lubricants, but there is no particularly clear boundary between internal and external lubrication. Most lubricants have both internal and external lubrication properties, but they are compatible according to polarity. In principle, the inner and outer properties are biased. Excessive internal lubrication will make the product brittle and the impact resistance will decrease; excessive external lubrication will cause the product to peel and delaminate, and poor plasticization will affect the surface and mechanical properties.

The modifier generally referred to is ACR processing modifier. There are many kinds of ACR, and the quality of manufacturers varies. PVC-U pipe fittings have relatively high requirements for fluidity, and good fluidity can obtain relatively high surface quality and mechanical properties. , especially can significantly reduce the occurrence and quantity of butterfly spots, etc. At this time, ACR should choose products with fast plasticization, relatively small melt strength and viscosity.
